How Valet Trash Works

Set Your Trash Out
On scheduled service nights, residents place tied trash bags inside the provided bin outside their door between 5:00–7:00 PM.

Service Window Begins
Our uniformed team services the community during our operating hours of 7:30 PM – 12:00 AM, following a consistent, property approved route and schedule.

Door-to-Door Pick Up
We collect bagged trash from each doorstep and neatly dispose of it in the designated dumpster or compactor, keeping breezeways clean and compliant.

Violation Tracking
Any service violations (loose bags, prohibited items, missed placement windows, etc.) are documented in real time using our technology platform.

Automated Reporting
After each service night, automated completion and violation reports are sent directly to the property management team — providing transparency, accountability, and peace of mind.
